ArmArch, an innovative architectural firm with a growing global presence, is looking for a fluent English-speaking Sales Agent to join their team on a full-time night shift basis. The ideal candidate will possess a neutral British or American accent and will be responsible for engaging with international clients using warm leads provided by the company. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Agent will primarily handle warm leads supplied by ArmArch, eliminating the need for cold calling. You will be expected to confidently and professionally present the firm’s architectural services to prospective clients, ensuring clear communication of the company’s value proposition. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and sales progress is essential to track performance and client engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, fostering long-term relationships and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate excellent spoken English with a neutral British or American accent to effectively communicate with international clients. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are critical for building rapport and trust with prospective clients. The ability to work independently during night hours, staying self-motivated and organized without direct supervision, is essential for success in this role.
