You will be based at one of our branches located on Whadat Road or Shadra Mor, working within clearly defined shifts designed to suit various schedules. The position offers a fixed monthly salary with additional pay for overtime hours, providing a stable income and opportunities for extra earnings. Key Responsibilities
As a Salesman at Butt Sweets, your primary responsibility will be to actively engage with customers, promoting and selling our range of bakery products. You will play a key role in maintaining excellent communication with both customers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Supporting the bakery’s overall business goals, you will assist in various daily activities as needed. It is essential to adhere to your assigned duty hours and contribute positively to the workplace atmosphere, fostering teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed matriculation, ensuring a basic educational foundation. Strong communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with customers and colleagues alike. We welcome applicants who are eager to work efficiently and actively in a fast-paced bakery setting. Prior experience in the bakery industry is not mandatory, making this role accessible to fresh matriculates who are enthusiastic about starting their career in sales and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This full-time position offers a fixed monthly salary of 20,000 PKR, providing financial stability. Overtime work is compensated on an hourly basis, allowing you to increase your earnings through extra hours. To support a healthy work-life balance, employees are entitled to four leaves per month. The role includes two shift options: a morning shift from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and an evening shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, giving flexibility to accommodate different personal schedules. The work location is strictly in-person at one of the designated branches, ensuring direct interaction with customers and team members.
