Sales Executive (Freight Sales/ Dry Cargo)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in the freight forwarding industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying and developing new client opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers. This role demands strict adherence to company policies to maximize profitability and control costs. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office to efficiently manage daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector to support company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to optimize profitability and minimize operational expenses.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth business operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports using MS Office applications, supporting transparency and informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- At least one year of proven sales experience in freight forwarding or a closely related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, International Relations, or a related discipline.
- Male candidates are preferred for this position.

- This role is based in the Air Export department, located at Beaumont Plaza, Civil Line Quarters, Beaumont Road, Karachi.
- The position is full-time and requires on-site presence.
