Job Summary
A well-established Food and Beverages manufacturing company in Pakistan, known for its multiple brand awards and extensive regional presence, is looking to hire a committed HR Officer for its Karachi office. This full-time, on-site role is vital in managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the rollout of HR initiatives, policies, and systems. Key Responsibilities
The HR Officer will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of monthly payroll by maintaining detailed employee records. This includes tracking personal information, attendance, leaves, loans, and advances through the HR Management System (HRMS). Managing the entire employee lifecycle is a key part of the role, which involves coordinating with candidates, conducting background verifications, handling all necessary documentation, and facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.

Additionally, the HR Officer will assist in performance management activities that support employee development and align with organizational objectives. Handling disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance with company policies is also an important responsibility. The role requires active participation in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and systems aimed at improving operational efficiency. Furthermore, the HR Officer will provide support in various administrative tasks to ensure seamless HR function delivery.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Proficiency in system software, especially HRMS and Microsoft Excel, is essential. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive records. The role demands someone who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additionally, the candidate must be willing and able to commute to the Korangi Industrial Area in Karachi.
