Job Summary
CubeXS Weatherly Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Online Technical Support professional to join their OTS Department on a full-time, permanent basis. This on-site position is based in Clifton, Karachi, and requires working in rotational shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions via phone and email, delivering accurate product and service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and requests. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails, providing comprehensive and accurate information about the company’s products and services.
- Follow up with customers to resolve complaints efficiently and ensure their requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive, courteous, and patient attitude while managing client concerns and inquiries.
- Manage inbound customer communication as the primary task, ensuring all interactions are handled with care and professionalism.
- Collect and document customer feedback after each interaction to help improve service quality and customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in professional email writing and correspondence.
