Job Summary
Butt Karahi Bedia is looking for a committed and proactive Floor Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have between six months to one year of relevant experience and hold a graduation degree. This role is based on-site and involves overseeing daily floor operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
The Floor Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the floor staff to maintain excellent service standards at all times. Ensuring an efficient workflow and timely service delivery is critical to the role. The manager will handle customer interactions directly, addressing and resolving any issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area is also a key part of the responsibilities. Additionally, the Floor Manager will monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management when necessary. Collaboration with both the kitchen and service teams is essential to optimize overall operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess a graduation degree from a recognized institution. Experience of six months to one year in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry is required. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to effectively manage the team and interact with customers. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is also necessary to meet the demands of the role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time position requiring the candidate to work on-site. The monthly salary offered ranges from PKR 50,000 to 55,000. As part of the employment package, the company provides residence and meals, supporting the employee’s comfort and convenience.
