Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Chat Support Agent to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and demonstrate a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing customer inquiries through live chat, providing accurate information, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience. The successful candidate must be able to work independently during night hours while maintaining professionalism and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to address customer questions and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by employing strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Proficient typing skills to handle chat conversations efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive during night shifts.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Working hours for this position are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with adjusted hours during Ramadan from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- The salary package includes a basic pay of PKR 30,000 plus commission, with total monthly compensation ranging between PKR 30,000 and PKR 45,000, depending on experience and performance.
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 15, offering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
