Job Summary
We are seeking motivated Calling Representatives to join our dynamic client relations team. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in call centers or customer service environments, preferably within the banking sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage clients effectively are essential for this role. As a Calling Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, managing client information accurately, and supporting payment recovery initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients primarily for payment recovery and service-related follow-ups.
- Accurately update client information and document call outcomes using CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments for resolution.
- Maintain detailed daily call logs and prepare reports for supervisory review to track progress and performance.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in call center or customer relations roles, with preference given to candidates who have worked in the banking sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to persuade and engage clients effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage and update client data.
- Availability to work full-time from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a 3-month probation period.
