Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Representatives to join our growing team based in Islamabad. This full-time, on-site position is focused on generating new business opportunities in the international market while delivering excellent client support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving company growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to both sales and customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute sales activities while providing continuous support to clients.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients as well as internal sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support various sales and marketing initiatives as assigned, contributing to the achievement of overall business goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Proven sales experience, demonstrating a consistent ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to train junior staff or team members in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles to help drive business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to establish and maintain productive client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ownership of a personal bike is mandatory for this role to facilitate client visits and fieldwork.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
