Job Summary
We are actively seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager with a robust background in dermatology or plastic surgery, specifically within the aesthetic products and devices sector, including lasers. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of relevant sales experience and a proven ability to build and lead a nationwide sales team. This leadership role demands frequent travel to engage with key accounts and drive business growth across the country. In addition, we are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager position focused on the Sindh region.
Key Responsibilities
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to the dermatology and aesthetic devices market to meet and exceed company targets. A critical part of this role is building, managing, and motivating a high-performing sales team distributed across the country, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders is essential. The role requires regular travel to meet clients, evaluate market trends, and uncover new business opportunities. Collaboration with marketing and product development teams is necessary to ensure sales initiatives are aligned with company goals and product positioning.
Monitoring sales performance through detailed metrics and preparing comprehensive reports for senior management will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities. Additionally, the manager must ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies at all times.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience within dermatology or plastic surgery, with a focus on aesthetic products and laser devices. A demonstrated track record of successfully managing and expanding sales teams on a national scale is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to build and maintain lasting client relationships. The role demands a willingness and ability to travel extensively across the country to support sales activities and client engagement. Proven leadership skills and strategic planning capabilities are critical to driving team performance and business growth.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in the aesthetic medical devices industry is highly desirable, as it will enable the candidate to better understand market needs and product applications. Familiarity with regional market dynamics, particularly within the Sindh region, will be considered an advantage, especially for the Regional Sales Manager role.
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs200,000. The role provides excellent opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and expanding company.
