Job Summary
NHPL is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Assistant Manager – Technical to join our amusement park facility team. Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager – Technical will lead and manage a diverse team of Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics Technicians. You will oversee daily maintenance and repair activities, ensuring all rides, attractions, and equipment operate reliably and safely. A critical part of the role involves enforcing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize operational availability.

You will be responsible for diagnosing faults and delivering technical solutions across various systems, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components. Monitoring and troubleshooting PLC-based control systems is essential to maintain smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, you will ensure strict compliance with health and safety protocols during all maintenance activities, safeguarding both staff and visitors.

The role also requires preparing detailed reports, logs, and maintenance records to track work progress and equipment status accurately. Coordination with external vendors and suppliers will be necessary to procure spare parts and technical services promptly, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline. A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in technical operations or maintenance roles is required, preferably within industrial, automation, or amusement park environments.

Strong knowledge of control systems, electrical and electronics principles, mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is essential. Basic proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting is required to effectively manage control systems. Candidates should also be competent in basic IT and computer skills to handle reporting and documentation efficiently.

Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities are crucial, as the role involves guiding a multidisciplinary technical team. The ideal candidate must be willing to engage in hands-on operational tasks and maintain flexibility in working hours to meet the demands of the facility.
