Sovereign Express Trade is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Import Export Executive to join our energetic team. This role plays a crucial part in managing the day-to-day import and export operations within a fast-paced freight and cargo environment based in the UK. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including organizing and maintaining important documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Oversee daily import and export operations, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of shipments.

Required Qualifications
- Strong command of written and spoken English is essential.
- Proven proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support roles, ideally servicing UK or US markets.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in import and export operations.
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in transport and logistics.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work well within a team and with clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to thorough due diligence.
- Willingness and ability to reliably commute or relocate to Rawalpindi prior to starting employment.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
