Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary liaison between customers and international network agents, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently and professionally. This role is essential in upholding exceptional customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and effective solutions related to freight forwarding services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, offering comprehensive information about freight forwarding services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner to maintain customer trust.
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure shipments are delivered on schedule.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their shipments and inform them promptly of any changes in delivery timelines.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records by consistently updating the CRM system to reflect current information.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum educational qualification of a graduate degree.
- At least two years of experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Exceptional communication skills paired with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to manage customer data and shipment information accurately.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities without compromising service quality.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience specifically in the logistics or freight forwarding sector is highly advantageous.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi.
- The monthly salary range for this role is between Rs50,000 and Rs65,000.
