Crystal Media is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis during night shifts. Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Manager at Crystal Media, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms. You will create, schedule, and publish content that resonates with our target audiences, ensuring it is both engaging and aligned with our brand voice. A critical part of your role will involve planning and managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, optimizing these campaigns based on performance data.

You will also monitor social media analytics closely, using insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness continually. Engaging actively with our online community is essential to build brand loyalty and enhance customer interaction, helping to foster a positive and dynamic brand image.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in social media management, demonstrating a strong ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively. Proficiency with Meta’s suite of tools, including Facebook and Instagram, as well as LinkedIn Analytics, is required to manage and analyze campaign performance efficiently.

Since this is a remote, part-time position that requires working night shifts, candidates must be available and committed to this schedule. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential to succeed in this role.

Compensation and Work Details
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000. The role is fully remote, providing flexibility while requiring dedication during night hours. This setup is ideal for professionals seeking part-time work with the convenience of working from home.
