Front-End QA Automation Engineer

In this role, you will focus on automating existing testing processes while supporting manual testing efforts to uphold the highest product quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the automation of critical testing workflows using Playwright and other modern testing tools.
- Employ AI-powered technologies to accelerate test generation, debugging, and coverage analysis.
- Conduct manual testing for new features and perform regression testing for product and content releases.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test suites covering both UI and API layers.
- Utilize Postman to create and execute API test cases, ensuring backend services function as expected.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using platforms such as Bugherd and JIRA.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results to guarantee transparency and traceability.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong emphasis on test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation, preferably using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Postman for REST API testing.
- Solid understanding of automation frameworks, best practices, and test strategy development.
- Experience writing and maintaining detailed test cases and documenting test outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and Agile software development processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-based development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor.
- Familiarity with performance or load testing tools.
- Prior experience working with WordPress or PHP-based applications.
