Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to join our team and support daily administrative operations. Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Intern will assist with a range of general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and scheduling. Maintaining and organizing both physical and digital office records efficiently will be a key part of the role. The intern will support the coordination and setup of meetings, events, and other office activities to ensure seamless execution.

On-site, the intern will greet and assist visitors or clients, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact. Managing inventory and office supplies, as well as assisting with procurement processes, will also be part of the daily responsibilities. Additionally, the intern will conduct basic research and prepare reports as assigned, contributing to informed decision-making.

Providing clerical support to HR and finance teams as needed will broaden the intern’s exposure to different business functions. The role also involves ensuring the office environment remains clean, organized, and operates smoothly. A unique aspect of this internship includes assisting in the planning and setup of operations for a new office location, offering valuable project experience.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with Google Workspace tools, is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with team members and external contacts.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently are critical to managing the diverse responsibilities of this role. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability are highly valued traits. Candidates must also demonstrate professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
