Job Summary
LUNA Corporation, a reputable manpower outsourcing firm with a strong presence in GCC countries since 1976, is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team based in Lahore. This role is primarily focused on managing bulk overseas recruitment, supporting large-scale international hiring projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the HR Manager and Director to oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of qualified candidates that meet client requirements. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Mozang Chungi, Lahore, with occasional field visits and delegation accompaniment as part of the responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale overseas hiring initiatives. This includes conducting interviews, screening candidates, and facilitating onboarding procedures. The role demands efficient coordination and execution of recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and delegation interviews to meet project deadlines. A critical aspect of the position involves understanding and interpreting client requirements accurately to ensure the timely submission of shortlisted candidates. Additionally, the specialist will occasionally accompany foreign delegations to trade test centers and interviews, representing LUNA Corporation professionally during these interactions.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in bulk hiring or international recruitment, demonstrating the ability to handle high-volume recruitment projects effectively. A valid driving license is essential to facilitate travel with foreign delegations when necessary. Strong organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple recruitment activities simultaneously, along with excellent communication abilities to liaise with clients and candidates professionally. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, confident, and capable of representing the company in a professional manner during client interactions and delegation visits.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Master’s degree is preferred, reflecting a higher level of educational attainment that supports the complexity of the role. Candidates with a minimum of six years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist will be given preference, particularly those with a background in overseas recruitment.
