Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics team and advance your career in the transportation industry. This full-time position is based in Johar Town, Lahore, operating on a night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The primary responsibility is to manage dispatch operations for a US trucking campaign, ensuring seamless coordination and communication between drivers, clients, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily dispatch activities for US trucking campaigns, ensuring all shipments are managed efficiently.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with truck drivers, clients, and internal departments to guarantee timely deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor shipment progress closely, tracking loads and addressing delays or complications as they arise.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of dispatch operations, including driver logs and shipment details.
- Plan and schedule routes strategically to maximize operational efficiency and reduce transit times.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates to clients and drivers.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a dispatcher, preferably within a US trucking campaign or similar logistics environment.
- Fluency in English is essential to ensure clear communication with international clients and drivers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple dispatch operations simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to work consistently during night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software and communication tools to coordinate operations effectively.
