Finova Labs is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will lead efforts to generate high-quality B2B leads that align with the company’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to identify and engage potential clients. You will execute cold outreach campaigns primarily through direct calls, aiming to generate interest and qualify leads. Once qualified, you will efficiently route these leads to the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion. Staying up to date with industry trends is essential to maintain effective outreach strategies. You will also be accountable for consistently meeting outreach and conversion KPIs, ensuring the team’s performance aligns with company goals.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in lead generation or sales development, with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively engage prospects and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working well both independently and as part of a team.

Additional Details
