Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to business growth by actively engaging potential clients through cold calling and email outreach. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls and email campaigns to promote our research support services.
- Develop and nurture relationships with students, researchers, and organizational clients to gain a deep understanding of their unique requirements.
- Present customized solutions designed to improve clients’ research workflows and address specific challenges they face.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, offering continuous support to help clients make informed decisions.
- Convert prospects into loyal customers by effectively closing sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities to support tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery and comprehensive client support.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within a service-oriented or research-related environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling confident engagement with clients via cold calls and emails.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with a customer-centric mindset.
