Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Tele Sales Expert to join our vibrant, female-friendly team located at Kashif Center, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. This is a full-time, office-based position with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, six days a week. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for sales, coupled with excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English. You will be responsible for engaging customers effectively, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities
The Tele Sales Expert will be tasked with making both outbound and inbound calls to potential leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, and sending proposals to prospects. A critical part of the role involves converting leads into paying clients by utilizing persuasive sales techniques and maintaining a consistent focus on meeting monthly sales targets. Providing friendly, professional, and informative interactions with customers is essential to enhance client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Required Qualifications
This position is open exclusively to female candidates. Applicants should have a minimum of two years’ experience in telemarketing and outbound sales. Strong verbal communication skills in both Urdu and English are mandatory. Educational qualifications should range from Intermediate to Graduate or Masters level. Basic computer literacy is required to efficiently manage sales tools and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be convincing and result-oriented, and demonstrate confidence, energy, and a sharp, positive mindset. Being goal-driven and responsible is key to thriving in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While experienced candidates are preferred, fresh applicants with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply. The role offers an attractive basic salary between Rs35,000 and Rs70,000 per month, commensurate with skills and experience. In addition to the base salary, monthly commissions and performance bonuses will reward outstanding sales achievements.
