Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers through both inbound and outbound calls to promote our products and services effectively. You will assess customer requirements accurately and recommend the most suitable solutions to meet their needs. Staying informed about the company’s latest offerings is essential to provide relevant information and maintain credibility.

Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics consistently is a critical part of this role. You will deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction. Accurate documentation of all customer interactions and follow-ups within the CRM system is required to maintain organized records and support ongoing sales efforts.

In addition to individual performance, collaboration with team members is encouraged to enhance overall sales results. Sharing best practices and supporting colleagues will contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Efficiently resolving customer issues with professionalism will be key to maintaining strong customer relationships.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 2 to 8 years of experience in sales or customer service roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to engage customers effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to persuade and influence, are necessary to succeed in this position.

A self-motivated and target-driven approach to work is crucial, as is the ability to learn quickly and solve problems effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools will enable you to manage customer information and sales processes efficiently. Availability to work the night shift from Monday through Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Mugshei Pvt Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 80,000 per month, depending on experience, along with commission incentives to reward your sales achievements.
