Job Summary
We are looking for a committed professional to oversee vendor evaluations, manage maintenance and repair activities, and ensure cleanliness and fumigation in collaboration with the support team. This role requires diligent follow-up on minor issues reported through complaints, efficient handling of scrap disposal, and consolidation of purchase requests for edible and sanitary supplies. The candidate will also maintain detailed inventory and furniture stock records. Additionally, the position demands effective cross-functional coordination across multiple locations to uphold functional, administrative, financial, and structural standards. Handling government and legal matters related to administration is also a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate vendor quotations to guarantee competitive pricing and fair terms.
- Monitor and track maintenance and repair requests from various departments, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Coordinate housekeeping, general cleanliness, and fumigation efforts with the support team to maintain hygiene standards.
- Organize weekly visits by the support team to promptly address and resolve minor complaints.
- Compile lists of scrap items and manage their disposal through approved channels.
- Collect requests for edible and sanitary supplies from different zones and consolidate them into purchase requisitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory issuance and furniture stock using designated formats.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination to manage functional, administrative, financial, and structural disciplines across zones, stations, branches, and agent locations.
- Oversee all government and legal matters related to administration, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in legal, administrative, coordination, and maintenance roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, facility management, and service delivery.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs 70,000 to Rs 100,000. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next steps in the selection process.
