Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Administrative Manager to lead and coordinate the daily administrative functions of our organization, ensuring smooth and efficient support across all departments. This pivotal role encompasses managing company vehicle logistics, overseeing factory canteen operations, assisting with legal investigations, and maintaining effective communication with government authorities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive administrative experience, and the ability to develop and implement practical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Manager will be responsible for supervising daily office operations to guarantee seamless administrative support throughout the organization. This includes managing the purchase, registration, and upkeep of company vehicles, ensuring all insurance policies, licenses, and taxes are renewed promptly to maintain compliance.

Additionally, the role involves overseeing the factory canteen operations, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to food safety standards. The manager will also assist in legal follow-ups related to theft cases and other investigations as necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Housekeeping and maintenance activities fall under this role’s purview to maintain a safe, orderly, and well-maintained work environment. The manager will serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, handling administrative and security-related incidents professionally and promptly.

Vendor management is another critical responsibility, including negotiating contracts and monitoring vendor performance to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness. The Administrative Manager will collaborate closely with department heads and staff to develop and implement actionable SOPs that support organizational goals and improve operational efficiency.

Security oversight is essential, covering both the head office and factory premises. This includes managing security personnel deployment and coordinating with external security agencies to safeguard company assets and personnel.

The role also requires managing office supplies inventory, ensuring timely procurement to prevent shortages, and effectively communicating company policies to all stakeholders. Facilitating training sessions related to administrative procedures and compliance will be part of the manager’s duties to promote awareness and adherence.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution and bring a minimum of 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in administrative roles. The ideal age range for applicants is between 45 and 50 years. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role demands effective management of diverse teams and interaction with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
