We are seeking a skilled professional to manage trade execution and logistics for our Pakistan oilseed imports, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with all trade-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing all trade-related documentation and working papers. This includes trade contracts, purchase and sale invoices, delivery challans, delivery orders, and goods receipt notes. Managing Letters of Credit (LC) for CNF buyers, particularly for palm oil and other oilseeds, is a critical part of the role. This involves opening, amendments, and payments related to LCs.

You will oversee the execution of LDC Pakistan oilseed imports by coordinating closely with clearing agents, vessel agents, and surveyors. Managing warehousing and logistics for these imports, including palm oil and other oilseeds, is essential to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Daily calculation of Mark to Market (MTM) counterparty risk will be required to monitor financial exposure. Coordination with origin offices in Singapore and the U.S. is necessary for shipping documentation and other execution-related matters concerning CNF shipments.

Accuracy in verifying all documents is paramount. This includes sales tax calculations, transport documentation such as road transport permits and waybills, carrier responsibilities, and dispatch documentation. You will also be responsible for book closing procedures, including monthly stock reconciliation, physical stock verification reports, and preparation of monthly stock reports.

Close collaboration with treasury and accounting departments is required to manage customer payments, invoicing, and issuance of delivery orders. Maintaining customer-wise and broker-wise ledgers and reconciling these with accounting records is part of the role.

Monitoring and maintaining the overall LDC Pakistan Oilseeds position is essential, along with preparing and releasing reports on a daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and yearly basis. You will escalate issues to higher management when necessary and ensure cost control to maximize savings on storage, clearing, and supervision expenses.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Business Graduate degree or be ACCA qualified. A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in domestic execution within a relevant industry is required to succeed in this role.
