Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will bring experience in international procurement, channel partner development, and financial operations, preferably within IT technology companies. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and strategic insight to effectively manage vendor relationships both locally and globally, supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner & Business Development
Identify and recruit potential international and local channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and retailers. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with these partners to foster collaboration and drive business growth. Conduct regular business reviews and meetings to evaluate partner performance and explore new opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth channel operations and alignment with business goals.

Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Demonstrate expertise in managing communication channel partnerships and global distribution networks. Gather and document client requirements to support proposal and solution development. Negotiate effectively with international vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms. Conduct thorough research and evaluation of multiple vendors offering similar technology solutions to optimize procurement decisions. Prepare and present analytical reports on sales performance, demand forecasts, and closed deals to assist in strategic planning.

Procurement & Financial Support
Manage the end-to-end international procurement process, including sourcing, supplier communication, and logistics coordination. Create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) aligned with project and client specifications. Utilize QuickBooks to prepare quotes, purchase orders (POs), and invoices efficiently. Assist with accounts payable and receivable, maintain financial records, and manage petty cash. Reconcile bank statements and support expense reporting and budget preparation activities. Coordinate with financial institutions for cheque clearances, deposits, and withdrawals. Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and standards at all times.

Administrative & Office Coordination
Maintain well-organized records, vendor files, and procurement documentation to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness. Provide administrative support to internal departments and external partners as needed. Coordinate internal meetings, company events, and training sessions to facilitate smooth operations. Liaise with vendors to procure office hardware, furniture, and supplies, managing relationships with office service providers and addressing administrative issues promptly. Collaborate with building management to ensure efficient facility operations. Support management on special projects and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement within an IT or technology company.
- Proven expertise in international procurement and channel partnership management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to gather and document client requirements effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills for sales forecasting, demand analysis, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong negotiation, vendor evaluation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: Rs120,000 to Rs150,000 per month
- Work Location: On-site in Lahore
