Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Call Representative to join our team at our DHA Phase 1 office in Lahore. This role is ideal for individuals with strong spoken English skills who are eager to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The position requires working onsite with early morning shifts from 6 AM to 2 PM. The starting salary is Rs. 45,000 per month, with opportunities for additional incentives based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
As an Outbound Call Representative, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to customers, engaging them professionally and effectively. You will represent the company with a positive and courteous demeanor, addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all calls and customer interactions is essential. You will be expected to meet daily and monthly call targets and performance goals consistently. Collaboration with team members to refine calling strategies and enhance customer engagement will also be a key part of your role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess excellent spoken English communication skills, enabling them to confidently and clearly engage with customers. While prior experience in outbound calling is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential to succeed in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in a similar outbound calling role will be considered a strong plus. This is a full-time, onsite position with fixed early morning working hours from 6 AM to 2 PM. The salary starts at Rs. 45,000 per month, with the potential to earn additional performance-based incentives.
