Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting according to technical blueprints. This role demands a strong technical background, hands-on experience with both simple and advanced electrical systems, and the ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and functionality of our electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
The electrician will be tasked with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting fixtures. A key part of the role involves interpreting and working from technical diagrams and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications. Routine electrical maintenance tasks will be performed regularly to prevent system failures and extend equipment life.

The candidate will inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components to verify proper operation and identify potential issues. Troubleshooting electrical problems using appropriate testing devices and tools is essential to quickly diagnose faults and implement effective solutions. Repairing and replacing faulty equipment, wiring, and fixtures will also be a core responsibility.

Strict adherence to the National Electrical Code, as well as state and local building regulations, is mandatory to maintain safety and compliance standards. The role includes conducting corrective maintenance on circuit breakers to ensure system integrity. Additionally, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems and various electrical testing equipment is important to support the broader maintenance team.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed an electrician apprenticeship program, demonstrating foundational training and practical experience. Proven professional experience working as an electrician is essential to handle the complexities of this role effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with an electrician degree or certification from a recognized technical college. These qualifications ensure the candidate possesses the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Job Type and Compensation
