Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated International Sales Specialist to join our onsite team in Lahore, focusing primarily on campaigns targeting the UK and USA markets. This role is perfect for a results-oriented professional with a strong passion for digital marketing and SEO sales. The ideal candidate will be skilled at converting qualified leads into long-term clients, playing a vital role in expanding our business footprint. The position requires working from 7 PM to 4 AM and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs75,000 to Rs150,000, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients by employing consultative sales techniques tailored to client needs.
- Confidently present and promote our digital marketing and SEO services to prospective clients, clearly communicating value propositions.
- Consistently achieve or surpass assigned sales targets to contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate closely with team members to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales records and client information within the company’s CRM system, ensuring transparency and efficient follow-up.

Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within digital marketing or SEO industries.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to secure deals and build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with international clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of thriving in a competitive, target-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working onsite in Johar Town, Lahore, during the specified night shift hours (7 PM to 4 AM).

Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Johar Town, Lahore. Candidates must be available to work the night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM, aligning with the UK and USA time zones. The salary package is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and performance, ranging between Rs75,000 and Rs150,000 monthly.
