Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic US Trucking Dispatcher & Sales Representative to join our team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time position plays a crucial role in managing client relationships and expanding our dispatch network by acquiring new trucking companies. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in US trucking dispatch or sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This role requires on-site presence and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000, along with commission incentives.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and engage potential clients interested in dispatching services. You will be tasked with proactively reaching out to trucking companies, presenting our services, and successfully closing deals to onboard new partners. Expanding the dispatch network is essential to the company’s growth, so meeting and surpassing sales targets through effective lead generation and client relationship management is a core focus. Maintaining ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention will also be part of your duties.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in US trucking dispatch and/or sales, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry’s operational and commercial aspects.
