Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Managing and maintaining the company’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter will be a key part of your role.
Conducting ongoing keyword research and optimization to improve search campaign performance will be essential. You will also measure and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts, analyzing results against key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
Staying ahead of emerging trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and campaign outcomes is crucial. Collaboration with internal teams to design and optimize landing pages will help enhance the user experience and conversion rates.
Developing innovative growth strategies to expand our digital reach will be expected, alongside utilizing strong analytical skills to assess the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels. Additionally, you will oversee content creation and coordinate website updates in partnership with content and design teams to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. You must have 1 to 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Experience in conducting A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance is required. Proficiency with ad serving platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, is essential.
You should be well-versed in the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively convey ideas and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Buffer, HubSpot, and Mailchimp is advantageous. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs60,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
