Job Summary
Mugshei Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated and confident Customer Sales Representatives to join our night shift sales team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel during late-night hours and have a strong passion for achieving sales success. As a vital member of our team, you will engage with customers through both inbound and outbound calls, identify their needs, and offer tailored product or service solutions. Delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales targets will be key to your success. You will also contribute to a collaborative team environment that values performance and dedication.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls efficiently, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled professionally. Understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products or services will be essential. Staying updated on current products, promotions, and sales strategies will enable you to provide accurate information and maximize sales opportunities. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently is a core part of this role.

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong, lasting customer relationships will be crucial. You will accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain detailed records. Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally will help maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration with team members is encouraged to support overall sales goals and foster a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 2 to 8 years of experience in sales or customer service roles. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, is necessary to communicate effectively with customers. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to persuade and influence, are vital for success in this position. You should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in your approach to work.

Being a quick learner with effective problem-solving abilities will help you adapt to new challenges and customer needs. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management systems is required to manage customer data and sales processes efficiently. Since this is a night shift role, availability to work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 80,000 per month, depending on your experience, along with attractive commission opportunities.
