Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative, you will engage with international clients through multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. Providing outstanding customer support is essential; you will need to understand client needs thoroughly and guide them toward the best solutions available. Additional performance-based rewards are available for meeting or exceeding targets and goals, providing further motivation and recognition for your efforts. Monthly compensation ranges from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000, depending on experience and performance levels.
