Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Intern to join our Sales & Business Development team based in Islamabad (G-13/4). This internship is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or freshers eager to gain hands-on experience in business strategy, client engagement, and technology-driven sales. Key Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for conducting thorough research to identify potential clients, emerging markets, and partnership opportunities that align with the company’s growth objectives. You will assist the business development team in lead generation activities using platforms such as LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools to build a robust sales pipeline. Preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales documentation will be a key part of your role, ensuring all materials are clear and professional.
Communication with potential clients will be conducted primarily via emails, messages, and calls, all under supervision to help you develop confidence and professionalism in client interactions. Maintaining accurate records of these interactions and updating CRM systems regularly will be essential to keep the sales process organized and efficient. Collaboration with internal teams—including marketing, technology, and design—is crucial to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and to align business development strategies accordingly.
Additionally, you will monitor industry trends and market developments to identify new growth areas and opportunities. Active participation in team meetings, taking detailed notes, and following up on assigned action items will also be part of your daily responsibilities, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication within the team.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree to be eligible for this internship. Degrees in Business Administration (BBA), Accounting & Finance (BSAF), Computer Science, or Software Engineering are particularly encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this role, along with a basic understanding of business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and other online collaboration tools is expected. We seek quick learners with a proactive attitude who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. The ability to adapt and take initiative will be critical to your success and growth during this internship.
