Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Generation Expert to join our vibrant marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving high-quality lead acquisition through diverse digital marketing channels, directly supporting sales and business development initiatives within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong digital marketing background, with proven expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns and leveraging analytics tools to optimize lead generation performance.
Key Responsibilities
The Lead Generation Expert will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. You will create, manage, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media and Google to maximize lead acquisition and ensure cost efficiency. Conducting thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and market segmentation will be essential to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach the right prospects.
Utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems, you will monitor, analyze, and track lead performance to ensure quality and conversion rates meet business goals. Generating quality leads specifically tailored for real estate projects through online channels is a core focus. Close collaboration with the sales team is required to maintain lead quality standards and track conversion metrics effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of proven experience in digital lead generation, preferably within the real estate or marketing industries. Hands-on expertise with Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, and CRM tools is essential. A strong understanding of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and data analytics is required to drive successful campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking abilities are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment is crucial for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads/AdSense, Google Analytics, and CRM software will be considered a strong advantage. This position is full-time and requires in-person attendance at our office located in G7/2 Blue Area, Islamabad.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skill set.
