Job Summary
Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented female Inbound & Chat Support Agents to join our vibrant call center team. As the first point of contact, you will engage with customers via phone calls and live chat, providing timely and accurate assistance. Your main objective will be to resolve inquiries, deliver precise product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role demands professionalism, quick response times, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction while maintaining comprehensive product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound customer calls and live chat interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, orders, billing, and support-related issues.
- Accurately log customer interactions and update internal systems to reflect the latest information.
- Resolve customer concerns during the initial contact or escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on product knowledge to assist customers effectively and confidently.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, inbound call center, or live chat support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other required languages.
- Strong active listening skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, live chat platforms, and call center software is preferred.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts or flexible hours, including night shifts, to support international campaigns.
- Minimum education requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a call center or customer support setting.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills, with a preferred typing speed of 35 to 40 words per minute.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a strong customer-first approach.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time role with working hours from 6 PM to 4 AM, tailored for night shifts supporting international campaigns.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs100,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
- Work location is onsite at Mars BPO SMC Pvt Ltd, 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Road, Civil Lines, near Avari Towers, Karachi.
