Job Summary
Safah Umrah Services, based in Cavalry Ground, Lahore, is actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is pivotal in expanding the company’s client portfolio and driving revenue growth within the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both B2B and B2C markets, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for cultivating long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C sectors. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential to encourage repeat business and generate referrals. The role involves conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and stay abreast of industry trends.
Preparing and delivering persuasive presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients will be a key part of the job. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to support and implement promotional campaigns aimed at boosting sales. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently is expected.
Additionally, the executive will represent Safah Umrah Services at industry events, expos, and business meetings, enhancing the company’s visibility and networking opportunities. Regular reporting on business development activities and the status of the sales pipeline will also be required to keep management informed.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are critical for engaging clients and fostering partnerships.
The role demands a self-motivated, target-driven individual who can work independently and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required, along with familiarity with CRM software tools to track and manage client interactions. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Safah Umrah Services offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs95,000 per month, supplemented by a commission structure that rewards performance. This is a contract position with a duration of 12 months, providing stability and clear performance expectations.
