Job Summary
Keymech Designs is looking for a motivated Client Closer to join our fully remote, full-time team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in client communication, pre-sales, or lead handling who can engage clients naturally and steer conversations toward successful project closures. The position demands strong written English skills, quick and timely responsiveness during fixed working hours, and the ability to prepare clear internal project briefs for accurate project estimation. You will collaborate closely with a passionate, cross-functional team working on international product design and engineering projects. There is significant potential for growth into senior client success or business development roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients to thoroughly understand and extract detailed project requirements.
- Lead client conversations with professionalism and clarity, guiding discussions toward successful closures.
- Prepare comprehensive internal project briefs that support accurate project estimation and planning.
- Manage multiple active leads simultaneously, ensuring timely status updates and consistent follow-ups.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to maintain clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Respond promptly and maintain a natural, human tone in all client interactions during fixed working hours.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in client communication, pre-sales, or lead handling roles.
- Strong written English skills with a natural, conversational tone that fosters trust and engagement.
- Ability to type quickly and respond promptly within fixed working hours.
- Organized and detail-oriented communication style to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills to build client trust and close deals efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Basic understanding of design, electronics, or product development workflows is a plus.
