Web Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to shape and elevate the visual identity of multiple websites within our brand portfolio. This role focuses on enhancing user experience, design aesthetics, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging layouts, updating website content, and maintaining alignment with our branding standards to deliver a seamless and visually appealing online presence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the visual design and user experience efforts for several WordPress websites, taking ownership of the overall look and feel. You will develop wireframes, mockups, and design concepts for new pages or features, collaborating closely with internal teams to produce landing pages, seasonal promotions, and campaign layouts that resonate with our audience.

Ensure all web designs strictly follow brand guidelines to provide a consistent and cohesive user experience. You will maintain mobile responsiveness and visual integrity across a variety of browsers and devices, guaranteeing accessibility and usability for all users.

Perform routine website updates using WordPress and popular page builders such as Elementor and WPBakery. Additionally, optimize images, layouts, and overall design elements to improve website speed and SEO performance, contributing to better search rankings and user engagement.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in web or graphic design, supported by a strong digital portfolio that demonstrates their skills and creativity. Proficiency in WordPress and page builders like Elementor and WPBakery is essential.

A solid understanding of responsive design principles, UX/UI best practices, and web accessibility standards is required to ensure websites function well across all devices and meet user needs. Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent software is necessary to create high-quality visual assets.

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities are critical for success in this role. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are also important, as you will work closely with various teams to bring design projects to life.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with HTML and CSS coding is preferred, enabling you to make minor adjustments and better understand technical constraints. Basic skills in video editing or animation for web content are a plus, allowing for more dynamic and engaging website elements.

This position is part-time, with an expected workload of 10 to 20 hours per week, offering flexibility and work-life balance. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location that suits your lifestyle.
