Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join our team, specializing in project-based business development within the construction and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key project stakeholders such as architects, consultants, and builders. This position demands a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, effectively promoting our product portfolio, ensuring seamless order execution, and delivering exceptional after-sales service. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with critical project stakeholders, including architects, consultants, and builders, to establish a robust network within the construction and industrial markets.
- Conduct regular site visits and field engagements to uncover and develop new business opportunities aligned with project requirements.
- Present and promote product offerings persuasively to project clients, ensuring timely follow-up and converting leads into confirmed sales.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations and logistics to guarantee smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Provide ongoing after-sales support to clients, addressing any concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 2 years of proven experience in project-based or B2B sales, ideally within the glass, aluminium, construction, or building materials sectors.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software is essential to manage client relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
- Experience with SAP systems is preferred, enhancing coordination with internal processes and order management.
