RPA Technical Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented IT professional with a strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UiPath technologies and a solid foundation in IT operations. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing automation solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize business processes, particularly within the banking sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving efficiency through automation and contributing to the organization’s digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using the full suite of UiPath tools, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and Insights. You will be responsible for ensuring that RPA processes operate smoothly and efficiently, monitoring their performance, and addressing any incidents promptly to minimize downtime. Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to RPA implementations and system integrations will be a critical part of your daily tasks.

Collaboration is essential in this role. You will work closely with both business and IT teams to identify new automation opportunities and refine existing workflows to maximize operational efficiency. Supporting incident management processes is another key responsibility, which involves conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence of issues.

Maintaining comprehensive documentation is vital. You will keep detailed records of automation processes, system configurations, and incident reports to ensure transparency and facilitate continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years’ experience in IT roles is required, with at least one to two years specifically dedicated to working with RPA technologies.

Proven expertise with the UiPath platform is essential, including hands-on experience with Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and Insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively manage incidents and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
UiPath certification is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage. Experience or familiarity with banking operations and financial systems is preferred, as it will enable you to tailor automation solutions more effectively to the unique needs of the financial services sector.
