Web Designing Faculty / Trainer

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Web Designing Trainer/Faculty member, preferably female, who is enthusiastic about advancing their career in the field of web design education. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in web design technologies and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students. This role focuses on delivering in-depth instruction on various web design modules while guiding students through hands-on, project-based learning to help them build impressive portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to teach web designing modules, including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and other related technologies. The trainer will utilize live projects to illustrate concepts clearly and enhance students’ practical understanding. Addressing student queries promptly with a hands-on approach is essential to ensure effective learning.

Regular monitoring of student progress and performance is required to identify areas where additional support may be needed. The trainer will also mentor students, helping them develop strong portfolios that effectively showcase their skills and knowledge. Efficient management of batch schedules is crucial to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the course content.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in web designing, demonstrating a solid command of the relevant technologies. Additionally, at least one year of experience as a trainer or faculty member is required to ensure familiarity with teaching methodologies and student engagement.

The ability to manage batch schedules and coordinate training sessions effectively is necessary. A positive attitude, coupled with strong problem-solving and presentation skills, will help create a supportive learning environment. The candidate should also demonstrate a nurturing approach to guide and support students throughout their learning journey.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
