We are seeking a Technical Lead with deep expertise in job scheduling and automation to join our team. In this role, you will apply your extensive experience in software support operations and cycle management to maintain seamless and efficient workflows. Your proficiency with Broadcom Automic, Python, API integration, and database management will be critical in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues. You will provide 24/7 support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software support engineers, offering expert guidance on job scheduling tools and cycle management processes. You will oversee troubleshooting efforts to swiftly identify and resolve software issues reported by customers, minimizing any operational disruptions. Collaboration with development teams will be essential to tackle complex technical challenges and implement robust, long-term solutions.

You will configure and optimize job scheduling workflows using Broadcom Automic scripting and automation techniques, driving efficiency and reliability. Additionally, you will lead integration initiatives between job scheduling tools and external systems or APIs to improve interoperability and functionality. Conducting thorough system performance analyses and developing continuous improvement strategies will also be part of your responsibilities.

Clear documentation of solutions and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are vital to promote transparency and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with Broadcom Automic scripting and other automation and scheduling tools is essential. You should have hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and be familiar with data integration and transformation tools such as Informatica or SSIS. A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices is required, along with knowledge of data quality and data governance principles. Experience working in cloud-based environments and leveraging cloud technologies is also necessary.
