Fleet Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fleet/Rider Manager to lead and inspire our team of delivery riders. The ideal candidate will ensure strict compliance with company policies and grooming standards while efficiently managing rider schedules and delivery operations. This role requires planning optimal delivery routes, utilizing rider management software, and maintaining seamless order flow on the Foodpanda platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing delivery campaigns, monitoring rider performance, and managing operational expenses such as fuel consumption.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, guide, and motivate delivery riders to uphold high standards of service quality and professionalism.
- Plan and organize efficient delivery routes, and manage daily and weekly rider duty rosters to maximize productivity.
- Utilize the Rider’s Portal and delivery management software to monitor order assignments and track deliveries in real time.
- Execute delivery campaigns through riders, ensuring timely order fulfillment and effective order tracking.
- Monitor and control rider fuel consumption and related expenses to optimize operational costs.
- Manage order flow, ensure order accuracy, and promptly resolve any issues arising on the Foodpanda platform.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing rider productivity, order heat maps, delivery accuracy, customer feedback, and average delivery times.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fleet or Rider Manager, preferably within the food and beverage or delivery service sectors.
- Strong leadership skills combined with excellent planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using rider management portals and delivery software platforms.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to produce clear and concise reports.
