Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a full-time Customer Service and Sales Representative in Johar Town, Lahore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in boosting lead conversion rates, particularly from social media platforms, while providing outstanding customer service. This position involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, promptly resolving customer complaints, and conducting follow-ups to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Enhance lead conversion rates originating from various social media channels by engaging potential customers effectively.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls or emails to confirm customer satisfaction and nurture ongoing client relationships.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer care.
- Proven track record in sales, showcasing the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institution.
