Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our Overseas Employment Applications Processing department at our Islamabad office, located on Main PWD Road. This full-time role requires a professional who is comfortable working on-site from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Sunday as the weekly day off. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing employment applications while maintaining close coordination with Overseas Employment Promoters (OEPs) throughout Pakistan. This position demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a structured environment. Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will oversee the end-to-end processing of employment applications submitted by candidates seeking overseas employment. This includes verifying application details, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and timelines. A critical part of the role involves liaising with Overseas Employment Promoters (OEPs) across Pakistan to facilitate the smooth and timely processing of applications. The candidate must ensure all procedures are followed meticulously to support the organization’s mission of efficient overseas employment facilitation.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience in overseas employment facilitation or manpower recruitment. This experience should demonstrate familiarity with the processes involved in managing employment applications and coordinating with external promoters or agencies. The role requires full-time commitment with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday being the only weekly off. Candidates must be willing and able to work in person at our Islamabad office on Main PWD Road, as remote work is not an option for this position.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 75,000, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
