Job Summary
GrowthRise Solutions is looking for motivated and customer-oriented E-commerce Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team at our office in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing prompt and professional assistance to customers through multiple communication channels, ensuring their satisfaction with clear and effective support. Handling customer inquiries swiftly and courteously is essential to maintain high service standards.
Managing order fulfillment processes and assisting with product returns will be a key part of your role. You will maintain accurate records of tracking numbers to ensure smooth order tracking and timely delivery updates for customers.
Engaging in live chat support, you will address customer questions and concerns, resolve account-related issues, and provide timely solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
Strong computer skills are required to efficiently manage customer interactions and data entry tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, will support your daily responsibilities and help maintain organized records.
Effective communication in both written and spoken English is critical. You must be able to interact clearly and professionally with customers to resolve their issues successfully.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must be able to commute daily to the office located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad. A minimum education level of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
Applicants should be able to bring a personal laptop for daily use at the office.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in e-commerce customer service or familiarity with eBay operations is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
