Job Summary
Ropstam is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing, prioritizing, and managing detailed project roadmaps, plans, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Providing regular and comprehensive updates on development progress, quality assurance, operations, and system performance to management will be essential.

Creating a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement through constructive feedback, guidance, and performance metrics is a core part of your role. You will champion innovation aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving project objectives efficiently.

Recruiting, mentoring, and coaching a high-performing, cross-functional development team—including back-end, front-end developers, and integrators—will fall under your leadership. Managing projects of varying complexity and scope, you will ensure they align with organizational goals and comply with industry standards.

You will oversee support management by ensuring timely resolution of bugs and user requests. Defining and enforcing best practices for development workflows, code reviews, QA processes, go-live protocols, release notes, and documentation will be critical to maintaining quality.

Effective communication with stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals is vital. Daily task monitoring to remove roadblocks and motivate the team through clear vision and leadership will help maximize productivity. You will utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Podio to streamline workflows and maintain smooth operations.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. A minimum of three years’ project management experience, including managing eCommerce projects, is required.

You should have over two years of hands-on Full-Stack development experience, with strong expertise in back-end platforms such as PHP or Node.js. Proven experience in developing and integrating service APIs for scalable applications is essential.

A solid understanding of relational databases like MySQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is necessary. Familiarity with virtualization and container technologies, particularly Docker, is expected. Proficiency with version control systems like Git or GitLab is also required.

You must have a thorough grasp of Agile methodologies and established release protocols. Demonstrated success in shipping software products and working effectively within team-based development environments is important.

Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings, and the capability to adopt emerging technologies to improve customer-facing software solutions are critical. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong technical and business acumen, are essential. Experience spanning design, development, testing, and support, with a focus on understanding the business impact of technical challenges, will set you apart.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus.

Location and Work Details
