Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven TikTok Shop Sales Expert with at least one year of experience selling to the UK market. The successful candidate will take charge of managing and growing our TikTok Shop presence, focusing on driving sales growth and optimizing content and strategies specifically tailored to UK consumers. This role demands a deep understanding of TikTok’s platform mechanics and a creative approach to engaging the target audience effectively. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our ecommerce footprint by leveraging your expertise in live selling, content creation, and data-driven strategy adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee TikTok Shop product listings and manage backend operations with a focus on the UK market.
- Plan, organize, and execute live selling sessions and video promotions designed to increase engagement and boost sales figures.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic data, and conversion metrics to refine and optimize sales strategies continuously.
- Work closely with influencers and content creators to develop compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with the UK audience.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfillment.
- Conduct thorough competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of trends and adjust sales and marketing tactics accordingly.
- Customize content and promotional activities to align with the preferences and trends of UK consumers, ensuring relevance and impact.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year’s proven experience managing TikTok Shop sales specifically within the UK market.
- Strong familiarity with TikTok Shop algorithms, current trends, and effective audience engagement techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to create or direct video content that drives high conversion rates and sales growth.
- Proficiency in using TikTok Business tools and analytics platforms to track and improve performance.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience with ecommerce tools, order processing workflows, and customer service best practices.
- A creative mindset paired with a strong sales orientation and the ability to think strategically.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs75,000.
