Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our team in Karachi. This full-time, onsite position is dedicated exclusively to sales activities such as lead generation, cold calling, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, thrive in a performance-driven environment, and be comfortable working Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This role suits someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or telesales who is eager to advance their career in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting daily outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate and qualify new sales leads. You will deliver persuasive sales pitches and independently close deals, ensuring consistent achievement or surpassing of weekly and monthly sales targets. Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions is essential for tracking progress and performance. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients and provide regular performance updates to the sales manager. This role demands a self-starter who can manage their pipeline effectively and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales, telesales, or cold calling. Strong communication and negotiation skills are critical to succeed in this role. You should be confident in handling objections and closing sales over the phone. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is expected to help manage leads and sales activities effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required to ensure a solid foundation in sales principles and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000 per month, complemented by performance-based commissions that reward your success.
